When will I receive a confirmation email?

Order confirmation emails.

 

--- Update: We're currently transitioning fulfillment and haven't updated emails to reflect the process accurately. Custom print and cut papers are being shipped and being fulfilled at a different facility at the moment, our lead-time may lag by a business day depending on the volume of orders ---

You will receive several email notifications updating you on your order status. First, you will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. You can also access your order statuses in the "order history" under your account info.

If you do not receive an email, please reach out to us via the "Help" button on our website or email hello@greetabl.com. Please keep in mind, we have a 2 business day lead-time to print, die-cut, and package your custom printed order. 

Once your order ships, you will also receive periodic shipping notifications throughout the process.
