Cannot find the package
Sorry for the trouble here! If you feel comfortable reaching out to the recipient, have them check and see if the box was misplaced or left with a neighbor. Often times, the package is just around the corner.
This sounds crazy but it really happens. Sometimes the package is pushed to the very back of the mailbox and can easily go overlooked. We recommend checking the back of the mailbox too.
