Collecting recipient addresses.
If you're looking to send Greetabl to a group of clients but don't have addresses on file, you can always contact those clients directly to request their shipping information.
The best way to do this would be utilizing a form - we love Google Forms or Typeform. You can create a simple (and free) form to collect this data using your existing customer database. Just make sure to double check with your team to ensure that you're following all privacy guidelines outlined by your company.
The information you'll need to ship Greetabl gifts out would be:
- Recipient First and Last Name
- Street Number + Address
- Apartment, Office, or Unit number (if applicable)
- City
- State
- Zip Code

You can collect this data in a spreadsheet and send it to the Greetabl team. We can have these gifts ordered for you in bulk and shipped to your recipients. You can also upload this information to your Greetabl account so your recipient address data is easily accessible as you send gifts.
