How do I edit my order after it has been placed?

Edit an order in your account.

  1. Go to the "Order History" tab under your Account Info.
  2. Click the Order # of the order you would like to edit. 

*note: once your Order Status reads "Submitted to Press Workflow" you can no longer edit the order yourself. If this is the case, send us an email at hello@greetabl.com and our Customer Happiness team will be able to help edit your order. 

3. Click the green "Edit" button

This will take you to the builder where you can update your order as you see fit.

4. Click "Save"
